Miscellaneous
If the goods are returned to Makani GmbH due to missing/wrong address information from the customer or due to the package not being picked up, the buyer will be charged a flat-rate fee. This is €10 for Germany, €15 for Austria and €20 for Switzerland.

 If you are in default of payment, Makani is entitled to demand interest on arrears at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate pa announced by the Deutsche Bundesbank for the time of the order. If Makani has demonstrably incurred higher damage caused by the delay, Makani is entitled to assert this.

 The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
